Mr. Ogwu Benson (MD/CEO)

The Managing Director is a Masters Degree holder (Management Tech) of Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He also obtained Post Graduate Diploma (Project Management) in Owerri and Higher National Diploma (Petroleum Processing Engineering) at Petroleum Training Institute Effuru and has since been involved

in Quality Control and Quality Assurance Services in the upstream petroleum sector.
Mr. OGWU BENSON began his professional carrier as a Site Supervisor with Chevron Oil in 1985.
In 1991 he joined Rigom Services as a Co-ordinator of Quality Control and Inspection Services. In 1994, he was promoted Contract Manager and was involved in several projects for Shell Petroleum Development Company, Daewoo Nigeria Limited, Adadrill Nigeria Limited, Nissco Nigeria Limited, Nigerian Dredging and Marine Limited and Kaduna Refinery. He has over the years also been involved in NDT services as Project Co-ordinator at Aluminium Smelting Company of Nigeria, Ikot Abasi.
Mr. Ogwu joined Petronella Nigeria Limited in 1998 as Contract Manager and has attended several courses on Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management and Radiography. Mr. Ogwu became the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of Benok Consolidated Limited at its inception in 2000.

Mr. Nnanna Joseph (Contract Manager)

Mr. Nnanna, a holder of Masters Degree (Management Tech.) also obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and HND in Accounting from the same University - Federal University of Technology, Owerri. His wealth of experience started at Integrated Millers Ltd where he worked as a Supervisor in

charge of production.
In 1996, he joined Hanaco Nigeria Limited as the Branch Supervisor (Kaduna) and was among other things involved in the preparation of statements of account and writing Bi-Weekly reports to Head Office, Lagos.
In 1998, he joined Highland Oils Ltd as Sales/Accounting Officer and was involved in daily sales, Inventory management and Internal audit. He latter joined Petronella Nigeria Limited in 2002 as the Project Assistant responsible for preparation and submission of Technical Bids among other things.
He joined Benok Consolidated Limited in 2004 as the General /Business Development Manager.
He became the Contract Manager under SPDC Quality Control and Inspection Services Contract (NO: S18468) in 2007 and has since displayed his wealth of experience.
He is Computer literate and conversant with Micro-Soft Office.

Mr. Badejo Rasheed Adegbemiga (Finance & Administrative Manager)

Mr. Badejo, Rasheed A. is a Masters Degree (MBA – Financial Management) holder. He started his professional career with Mabidem Finance & Investment Company after his National Youth Service Corp programme in 1996.
He moved to Tantalizers Nig. Ltd. as an Assistant Accountant

and rose to the post of an Outlet Manager where he successfully opened its 1st Outlet in the South – East & South – South region.
He joined Benok Consolidated Limited in 2007 as the Finance & Administrative Manager.
He has since been very instrumental to the successful management of the Company’s finances including securing several bank facilities (Lease Line & Invoice Discounting Facility) for project execution and successful repayment of same.
His career objective is to always utilize his profound expertise acquired over the years in any position he is and also add to his knowledge and experience; his personal plan for development and progress is to always keep himself updated for the rapid changes in Finance and Management.
He is currently a Full Professional Member of the Institute of Public Management (IPM) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Treasury & Financial Administration (ITFA).
